A mixed-SKU electrical supplies RFQ checklist
A mixed-SKU quotation works best as one versioned list. Give every requested variant its own line and use the product link or exact model to prevent substitutions between similar names. Send the list together rather than scattering quantities across messages.

Build the list in a reviewable order
| Check | Information to request |
|---|---|
| Identify | Assign a line number, product link/model, required colour and any drawing revision. |
| Quantify | State the selling unit, pieces per unit and number of units. Check each SKU against its own minimum. |
| Separate decisions | Mark alternatives as “approval required”. Do not let an alternative silently replace the requested model. |
| Complete the destination | Add destination country and postcode, required packaging and documents, and any requested delivery timing for confirmation. |
Before approving the purchase
Current mixed-wholesale rules require at least 10 selling units per SKU and US$1,000 in wholesale products. A large total does not remove the per-SKU requirement. Freight is quoted separately and should not be assumed to fill the product minimum.
What to send next
Before approving, reconcile the supplier reply line by line: model, variant, unit, quantity, product amount and unresolved questions. Retain one final version as the order reference. Submission does not take an online payment.
