Packs versus pieces: calculate an electrical accessories order
First identify what one selling unit contains. If the product is sold by the pack, the quantity field counts packs unless the listing explicitly says otherwise. Keep the piece requirement and order quantity in different columns.

Use this four-column worksheet
| Check | Information to request |
|---|---|
| Required pieces | Write the actual number of individual items needed. Do not put this directly into a pack quantity field. |
| Pieces per selling unit | Copy the stated pack count from the selected model. Ask for confirmation if it is missing. |
| Selling units to order | Divide required pieces by pieces per selling unit, then round up to whole units if split packs are not offered. |
| Quoted total | Multiply selling units by the quoted price per selling unit. Record freight separately. |
Before approving the purchase
Illustrative arithmetic only: 250 required pieces in packs of 100 need 3 packs, supplying 300 pieces. At an assumed US$4 per pack, the product amount is US$12. This is not a product quotation.
What to send next
For mixed wholesale, the current minimum is 10 selling units per SKU plus US$1,000 in wholesale products. Samples start at one selling unit per SKU at twice its mixed-wholesale unit price. Confirm the final quotation before payment.
